Below you will find useful information for your arrival:

Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m.
Our reception is personally staffed for your arrival from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. If you arrive after 5 p.m., please call us early or write us an email in advance.

Start your vacation earlier! We offer early check-in from 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m.

If you are interested, please contact our reception at least one day before your arrival.

One-off fee of 24 €, subject to availability

Are you arriving after 5 p.m.? No problem!

Our key safe is located on the left-hand side next to the hotel entrance.

You received your assigned key compartment and the code from us in advance by phone. Please enter the code - the key compartment will open. In the compartment you will find your room key (labeled with the room number), the tourist pass and the guest registration. After removing them, please close the key compartment properly. With the key you have access to the hotel entrance and to your room. In the hotel you will find corresponding signs to the rooms.

Our hotel's own free parking spaces are located directly next to our two buildings and diagonally across the street.

You will find the following in the apartments and therefore do not need to bring them from home: bed linen, towels and household items such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and garbage bags.
